It aims to accelerate economic growth, social progress, and cultural development and to promote regional peace and stability through abiding respect for justice and the rule of law in the relationship among countries in the region and adherence to the principles of the United Nations Charter. ASEAN has an elaborate framework of cooperation mechanisms for youth policy development and involvement of young people in the development of the region. The Work Program serves as the major channel for pursuing ASEAN cooperation in youth development, and outlines the following four priority areas: policy development; promoting ASEAN awareness and civic responsibility; promoting employability of youth; and information exchange and partnership. Numerous activities are conducted to implement the Work Program, including:. Funding for the foundation comes from the governments of the member countries, as well as from Japan, China, France, Canada, and several global corporations.

AAPA strives to advance the mental health and well-being of Asian American communities through research, professional practice, education, and policy. APIASF creates opportunities for students to access, complete, and succeed after post-secondary education; thereby developing future leaders who will excel in their careers, serve as role models in their communities, and will ultimately contribute to a more vibrant America. APIAVote is a national nonpartisan organization that works with partners to mobilize Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in electoral and civic participation. APIAVote envisions a world that is inclusive, fair, and collaborative, and where Asian Americans and Pacific Islander communities are self-determined, empowered, and engaged.
We provide a national voice to advocate for the diverse health needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities and the community health providers that serve those needs. The Health Center Resource Clearinghouse offers high-quality resources and tools produced for health center staff and other public health professionals. Our community-based member health organizations provide linguistically accessible, culturally appropriate, and financially affordable primary health care services.
